  1. Small Parts Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that most products contain small parts and should be kept away from small children.

  2. Natural Variation Notice: Seashells and gemstones may vary slightly in color and pattern—just like nature intended. Lighting can also affect how pieces appear in photos. Every item is unique, just like you.

  3. Jewelry Maintenance:

    • Store jewelry in a dry, air-tight container when not in use.
    • Avoid water - no swimming, showering, or hot-tubbing in your sparkle.
    • Metal jewelry may change color over time due to perspiration, lotion, or perfume. Clean with mild soap, dish soap, or toothpaste, then rinse with lukewarm water and dry. The same method applies to seashell jewelry. Use discretion when cleaning jewelry with glaze and adhesive.
    • Seashells and glazed pieces? Be gentle and avoid soaking.

  1. Bracelet Sizing: Use a string, ribbon or measuring tape at the narrowest part of your wrist. Add 0.5" to 1" depending on your preferred fit (snug or stack-friendly).

  2.  Gift Cards

    • Delivered instantly via email—no shipping fees, no waiting.

    • Gift cards are valid for 1 year from purchase date.

    • Available in multiple amounts to fit every budget.

    • Currently not customizable—set amounts only (for now!).

    • Can be used sitewide on anything from coastal living to beachy bracelets.

  3. Domestic Shipping: All orders $35+ ship within the business day using USPS FREE PRIORITY shipping. Made to order products take 5-7 days and arrive separately in happy mailif order together with jewelry. Tumbler standard shipping due to special packaging.

  4. International Shipping:  Currently not available. 

  5. Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase date. Should you change your mind before it arrives,  simply decline package and return to sender. Upon receival we will happily issue you a refund. Shipping costs ( applies to order below $35) will not be refunded. Contact us at sofloboho@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging for a refund upon receival and inspection by us.
