Return / Refund Policy

At SoFlo Boho Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Period
You must contact us at sofloboho@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase to initiate a return.

2. Return Conditions
All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, as we happily provided free shipping with your purchase. Please ensure you receive a tracking number when returning the product to guarantee safe arrival.

4. Refund Processing
Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of the item’s receival date.

5. Right to Deny Returns
SoFlo Boho Boutique reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


Tumblers & Drinkware

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, tumblers and drinkware are not eligible for returns or exchanges once delivered.

If your tumbler arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To file a claim with the shipping carrier, we require the following documentation:

• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the inside packaging and protective materials
• Photos of the outer shipping box showing the shipping label

Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved. Without this documentation, we may not be able to process a replacement.
